    As the GSI Partner Lead for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).

    This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading technology companies and shape the future of distributed database solutions.

    This role will be supporting the EMEA region and is remote, but you must be based in the UK to be eligible.

    Develop and execute GSI engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the EMEA region.
    Provide partner enablement and training to ensure effective positioning and selling of CockroachDB solutions.
    Monitor and analyze partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
    Tenured and successful relationships with GSIs across EMEA
    ~ Good understanding of cloud ecosystems, including Azure, AWS, and GCP
    ~ Ability to travel as needed
