Policy Partner - United Kingdom - SCL Education Group
Description
Over the last 12 months, SCL Education has experienced significant growth and as a result the People function, and its process and procedures need to evolve to meet the needs of the business today.
Therefore, we are introducing a new role within the People team for a People Partner, that will focus on day-to-day People Operations.
This is a remote role, but will require national travel as and when required ( 2-3 times a month)The individual will work closely with our managers to support, mentor, and upskill as a People Partner.
They will work closely with the Group Director of People and the rest of the People team to embed our People policies and procedures and to support our on-going commitment to give managers within the business the tools, training, and confidence to excel as managers and leaders.
The People Operations Partner will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships, providing practical People/ ER advice and support teams across the business.
They will embed an inclusive culture and outstanding employee experience across the entire life cycle which will allow people to thrive and feel empowered as part of a high performing team.
They will be a collaborative member of the People team that will be adaptable and take a one team approach as and when required, happily supporting with project work.
They will be a positive and inspiring team member that is always looking at how we can grow as a department to support the business as it continues to evolve.
