The People Partner will be a key player in driving Online Filings' people strategy.In this newly created role, you will work closely with leadership to support our recruitment efforts, enhance our employer brand, develop and implement HR policies, manage the employee life cycle, boost employee engagement, and oversee performance management.

Employer Branding:
Enhance and promote Online Filings' employer brand to attract top talent.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and job postings.
Develop and maintain network of external recruitment partners and negotiate best terms.
Ensure smooth transitions for employees through promotions, role changes, and exits.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local legal requirements and best practices.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and propose improvements to existing policies.
Communicate policies effectively to all employees and provide training as needed.
Monitor employee morale and engagement, through regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Organise team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes, including regular feedback, evaluations, and career development plans.
Collaborate with managers to establish performance metrics and goals, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback.
Identify opportunities for employee training and development.
Identify and address performance issues in a timely manner.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Benefits and Compensation:
Administer employee benefits programs and compensation plans.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct salary and benefit benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws and regulations, in the UK and Portugal.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
Fully proficient using LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively while in remote days.
Experience working in an agile environment

£40,000 - £45,000 per year, with yearly salary reviews and increases (based on performance).
