    Contribute to people and culture and where appropriate lead strategic projects including diversity and inclusion initiatives, health and wellbeing, people analytics, performance management, restructures, and colleague engagement.

    You will be used to working with a variety of stakeholders and managing several activities simultaneously whilst working on wider business projects such as structure changes, consultation processes, job evaluation and design, and supporting disciplinary / grievances and employee relations casework.

    We are a flexible team that work primarily across our Cardiff or Newport office.

    This role will involve interacting with managers and colleagues so a visible present will be required however we also work from home and your work pattern is self managed.

    If you are selected for interview, we`ll be conducting the first stage via Teams w/c 3rd June then an assessment centre for final stage interview will be on Tuesday 11th June at our Cardiff office.
