    Description

    Are you passionate about supporting services to deliver sustainable outcomes to children, young people and their families? This role does that and is part of a strong and innovative performance team providing high quality business intelligence, performance and data.

    You will work collaboratively with the team, wider service and partner agencies to continue to transform performance and data which will ensure accurate and robust information and performance data is provided in both internal reports, statutory government returns and payment by results claims.

    You will lead on the monitoring, processing and evaluation of the impact of family interventions and demonstrate outcomes and all other reporting requirements under the National Supporting Families Outcome Framework.

    You will provide advice and guidance to frontline services and partner agencies, to support the identification and engagement of eligible families and the monitoring of successful outcomes.

    Experience supporting integrated working and data sharing and development would be desirable.

    You will lead the development and implementation of auditable data and information sources to monitor and evaluate the impact of family interventions and demonstrate outcomes and all other reporting requirements under the National Supporting Families Outcome Framework.

    You will have knowledge and experience of extracting complex data using existing business intelligence tools and be willing to expand your skills when new ones are available.
