    Service Manager (Plant / Agriculture)

    £50,000 - £55,000 + Competitive Salary + Vehicle + Benefits

    Are you a Workshop Manager, Service Manager or similar from an Agricultural Machinery background looking for a varied and autonomous role, where you will have full control of a growing team of Technicians and be given continuous training and development opportunities for a highly competitive salary?


    On offer is the opportunity to play an instrumental part in the management team of a market leading machinery supplier.


    In this role you will be directly responsible for managing a busy Service Department, liaising with management, suppliers, and team of experienced Technicians.

    Specific product training will be provided and some site visits are expected.

    Coupled with excellent retention, they are always happy to invest in their employees with plenty of training.


    This role would suit a Workshop Manager, Service Manager or similar looking for autonomy and control in a varied and challenging role within a market leading company.

    To ensure the efficient and effective use of staff, workshop facilities and equipment.

    To determine customers' needs and respond as necessary in accordance with company procedures, including booking in machines for servicing, repair and warranty work.

    Ensure H&S policies are adhered to at all times

    Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of the depot.

    Experience in servicing and repairing agricultural machinery.
