- Inputting petty cash returns.
- Maintain and reconcile nominal account.
- Process payroll.
- Calculate and post payroll deductions.
- Collect, compile, and enter payroll data for submission.
- Credit control.
- Raise invoices/credit notes.
- Process invoices and get payment authorisation as required.
- Review and maintain aged debtors.
- Complete monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Prepare and process BACS payment run.
- Review and maintain aged creditors.
- To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the post, participating in appropriate training activities.
- Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.
- To work with due regard to confidentiality and the principles of Data Protection whilst encouraging others to do the same.
- The successful candidate will be subject to all pre-employment checks necessary to meet safer recruitment requirements.
