    Head of Sales - Merseyside, United Kingdom - Aramark UK

    Aramark UK has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Head of Sales to join the team at a key account in the North West.

    Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Sales will oversee the non-event day strategy and manage the meetings, workspace, incentives, conference & events sales function within the contract, working closely with other senior team members in Culinary, Finance, HR, and Operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an annual sales strategy
    • Manage non-event day sales activities
    • Support recruitment activities for the team
    • Attend networking events and trade shows
    • Create event marketing materials
    • Generate income and oversee the sales strategy
    • Engage external promoters and partners
    • Build relationships to secure new business
    • Lead and develop the sales team
    • Forecast pipeline and business
    • Provide sales reports to the Senior Leadership Team
    • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Promote a professional image of Aramark

    You'll excel in this role if you have:

    • Experience in hospitality/event sales
    • Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth
    • Passion for excellent customer service
    • Skills in budget management and sales forecasting
