    Head of Brand Marketing - United Kingdom - Lottoland Limited

    Description

    What you will do:

    Develop and define Lottoland's brand proposition and positioning to drive the market strategy and deliver sustainable revenue & profit growth.

    Establish and evolve an effective creative and communications platform to ensure the brand proposition & campaign creative, and promotional plans achieve cut through within the competitive lottery & gaming sectors, across all earned, owned and paid media.

    Working with inhouse & agency creative teams own all LatAm creative briefing, development and deployment across all assets & platforms and across the full player lifecycle.

    Actively manage the full LatAm acquisition & brand marketing activity & budgets across all Performance, Social, Digital & ATL channels.

    Management of LatAm player conversion to first deposit; owning, testing and optimising the UX funnel ensuring an effective and efficient customer experience through to first deposit.

    Collaborate with site management, real time marketing and UX teams to put in place enhancement initiatives.

    Ensure robust financial management & reconciliation of all marketing costs and invoicing, closely monitoring the operating results against plans & budgets.


    Who you are:
    You will be a native Brazilian or fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish speaker.
    You are based in Brazil.

    You will have Brazilian Gaming Operator experience (BR Market is essential – with wider LatAm Market experience as desirable) ideally for a Casino brand or if Sports proposition led with demonstrable experience across Casino.

    You will have proven local expertise & experience successfully managing the acquisition and brand marketing activity and budgets within the online gaming industry.

    You will be experienced and be able to demonstrate a proficiency within Search, Social & Display Marketing. Experience managing a team within these channels will be a benefit.

    Proven commercial acumen and financial management experience managing a multi million pound marketing budget, focused primarily on performance marketing, sales and profit performance.

    You will have experience of media & creative agency management contract and performance management.
    Self starter with strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
    You should be driven, energetic and have strong communication skills.
    You will be comfortable working with peers across multiple locations and timezones.
