    Lids Sports Group is the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, selling fan and fashion-oriented headwear and apparel across the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia.

    Operating out of Indianapolis, IN, our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness.

    In recent years, Lids has built partnerships with iconic global brands including Marvel, Playboy, and the Harlem Globetrotters, and gained ambassadors like Justin Jefferson, Quavo, and Josephine Skriver – creating a community for both sports fans and fashion lovers.

    The company is currently expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe.

    Head of Sales and Operations Europe, Manager (Lids International)

    Lids is looking for a Head of Sales and Operations to oversee and develop our store teams across Europe for current brands (Lids, NBA, PSG) as well as potential future brands and projects.

    This person will be responsible for driving the sales team to beat top and bottom-line targets, ensure operational excellence, and drive our international expansion strategy across Europe.

Monitor and achieve physical store performance goals. and executes physical store strategy in alignment with overall strategy and priorities. and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures, execute transactions efficiently and effectively, and assist in the operation of retail stores across Europe as well as training the team and following up on operational KPIs
    ~ with Head Office UK team
    ~ Facility manager, to ensure stores have a strong look & feel and customer experience
    ~ and Facility department on health and safety across the stores
    ~ of Marketing to align and capitalize on key and local moments
    ~ of VM to ensure top notch presentation in store
    ~ Department on salary increases and workforce planning.
    ~ P&L for a portfolio of Lids brands, including Paris Saint-Germain, Lids, Lids Locker Room, Lids Hat Drop, and additional special projects.
    ~ Other P&L responsibilities include analyzing and managing travel/meeting/maintenance and repairs/supplies expenses. Lead workforce & labor management for the brand implementing a road map for the brand to continuously improve effectiveness in labor planning, scheduling and simplify the processes at the store level through use of technology or process enhancement.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    ~5+ years of retail and management experience
    ~ Bilingual, with preference for English and French fluency
    ~ Experience conducting business in UK, France or other European Union countries.
    ~ Experience building operational teams and processes
