    Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem CRM Manager (m/w/d) für unsere beliebte Tierfutter Marke, der dafür brennt unsere Kunden mit auf die Reise zu nehmen und loyales Mitglied der "Wildes Land" Familie zu werden. Du wirst Teil eines leidenschaftlichen Teams mit einem Herz für unsere Marke und dem Drang sie in einem dynamischen Umfeld ständig weiterzuentwickeln. Analytisches Denken, Entwicklung von Kampagnen, Konzepten und nahbaren Journeys begeistern Dich? Dann könntest Du zu uns passen Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der Wildes Land Consumer Experience und sei Teil der Vision so vielen Haustieren wie möglich gesunde Mahlzeiten zu servieren.
    Fungiere als Experte für die Wildes Land CRM-Aktivitäten als Schnittstelle zu unserem Inhouse Costumer Retention Experten-Team und internationalen CRM Brand Managern anderer Marken
    Entwickle markenspezifische CRM-Strategien in Abstimmung mit den allgemeinen Customer Retention (CR) und Wildes Land Roadmaps und entsprechende Ableitung von OKR-Initiativen
    Verantworte alle Wildes Land CR-Kanäle und steuere Newsletter-Kampagnen, Ad-hoc-Newsletter, Automatisierungen, Kundensegmentierungen, Print-Mailings, Paket-Beileger, Website und andere potenzielle Kanäle, die zur Erreichung unserer Ziele erforderlich sind
    Stimme dich eng mit dem Wildes Land Team durch regelmäßige Meetings und gemeinsame Monats-, Jahres- und Kampagnenplanung ab
    Tracke mit regelmäßigen Analysen und Dashboards die CRM Performance, beobachte den Wettbewerb und halte Ausschau nach Trends um daraus zielorientierte Aktionspläne abzuleiten
    Sammle und Verarbeite kreativ Verbraucherdaten, um das Markenerlebnis durch Umfragen, Account-Entwicklung, Spiele und Kampagnen zu verbessern
    Was Du mitbringst
    Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Digitale Medien, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise 2 Jahre oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
    Du bringst eine brennende Leidenschaft für Marken mit (und einen besonderen Platz in Deinem Herzen für Fellnasen)
    Eine datengetriebene Denkweise mit KPI-Orientierung und ein gutes Verständnis für die Sammlung und Nutzung von Daten (von der Erhebung bis zur Aktivierung)
    Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Kampagnen- und Konzeptentwicklung gesammelt
    Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten & Teamgeist sowie Strukturierte & unabhängige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich
    Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Fähigkeiten in kreativem Schreiben
