Ian Williams Limited are looking to recruit 2 Apprentice Customer Service Advisers. Providing first class customer service by phone and online working from our state-of-the-art Customer Service Centre in Aston, Birmingham.This apprenticeship requires you to apply through the employer's website.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Level 2 (GCSE)
Engage with customers whilst demonstrating excellent customer care
Ensure work is booked in line with the priorities and timescales specified in a contract
Escalate emergency jobs to the planning team to resolve
Raise compliments and complaints using the appropriate process
The training you will be getting
Training will be provided on an ongoing daily basis and when required. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress/help you through your course. Continual assessments, coupled with assignments/or exams depending on course of study. Time spent training will be part of the agreed contracted hours of the working week.
At the end of your training, you will sit an exam and submit course work as part of your assessment, and you will receive a Level 2 qualification.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeshipUpon completing successfully apprentice will be offered a full role working in our response HUB.

You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience.

If your application is successful, you will have a chance to discuss your relevant prior learning or experience with your training provider and employer.
