    Actual Salary: £26,421 - £28,770

    Hours: 37

    This advert is open to Internal and External applicants.

    This is a fixed term post for 12 months.

    We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working customer service professionals to join our team.

    This is a fast paced and rewarding environment, you should have a commitment to delivering excellent customer services and a drive to do your best for every member of our community, every time.

    Experience of working in a contact centre environment is desirable.

    The ideal candidate will have experience of CRM applications, case management processes and contact centre telephony systems.

    The successful candidate will be required to:


    • To provide an efficient and effective telephone and face to face service specified for the Corporate Contact Centre and on-stop shop service


    • To provide an efficient, effective, empathetic and responsive service to the public and a commitment to customer care and service.
