We are recruiting for a Service Manager who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity to join the Lister Cancer Services management team .
In this role you will support the Operational Management team to deliver multiple services within the Cancer Division. You will support in the improvement and development of systems and processes to enhance quality and efficiency across cancer services.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of service(s) within the Lister Cancer Services Care Group.
To support the Operational Management Team in the improvement and development of systems and processes to enhance quality and efficiency across cancer services.
To act as a Senior Service Manager and provide support and guidance to junior management staff (eg. Service Coordinators, Service Team Leaders).
To provide effective and efficient leadership to the administration team through management of the above junior management staff.
