    We callthem hubs instead of offices – at E.As an EnergySpecialist you'll be part of our customer operations and have themost important job – wowing our customers.

    You'll own the customerexperience end to end and consistently deliver exceptional service,taking full responsibility for your customer'sjourney.

    You'll be empoweredto look after all our customers over the phone and via email,dealing with everything from billing to meter exchanges - makingour customers happy in everyinteraction.

    We work fast-paced to meet our customer demand but don't worry – weface challenges together, we support one another through everyproblem.

    We treat each other with respect, give open and honestfeedback to help us grow.

    We embrace our differences, come up withcreative ideas and solutions to help us consistently improve thecompany and our customer experience.
