    The founding team has been working in the online space for over 15 years and successfully grew and consulted a number of companies to 8-figure brands.

    Our current eCommerce grew from $0 to $1M/Monthly Revenue in just 6 Months. Interesting, challenging, fast-growing projects

    # The Projects/Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects using ClickUp as the primary project management tool. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, track progress, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and experience with different project management methodologies (lean, scrum, agile, CPM) and possess advanced proficiency in ClickUp.
    Develop a strong process for how projects are being run at the company, department, and cross-department levels.
    # Help to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using ClickUp.
    # Lead project kickoff meetings to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
    # Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
    # Create and maintain project documentation, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities within ClickUp.
    # Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress using ClickUp's task management features.
    # Track project budget, expenses, and resource utilization in ClickUp.
    # Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders using ClickUp reports and dashboards.
    # Identify and mitigate project risks and issues using ClickUp's collaboration and communication features.
    # Stay updated with ClickUp's features and updates, and provide training and support to team members as needed.

    Fluent in English, and able to work within the EU timezone.
    # Proven experience as a project manager, product manager, scrum master, or similar positions and successfully delivering projects using ClickUp.
    # Strong theoretical background in Project management methodologies like Scrum, agile, lean, and similar is a big plus.
    # In-depth knowledge of implementations of different methodologies and best practices based on the business needs of ClickUp.
    # Advanced proficiency in using ClickUp, including task management, project planning, and reporting features.
    # Strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    # Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    # Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
