    Workplace Coordinator - Entertainment

    Central London

    ASAP start

    7 month contract (possibility to extend)

    The role:

    • Ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, to include staff, visiting employees, new hires, guests and interview candidates.
    • Promote a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding to their service requirements.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and immediate team members to support the delivery of service excellence, continuously evaluating existing processes to identify areas of improvement where possible.
    • Work collaboratively with vendors to ensure high levels of service, maintaining solid communication and good working relationships.
    • Assist with Reception duties, presenting a professional and welcoming first contact to all visitors, coordinating shipping and receiving requests, managing fob access etc.
    • Support the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure a high level of service and quality with on-site catering services.
    • Working across various contact streams to assign, monitor and complete employee requests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assist the Workplace Experience Manager with staff engagement and Workplace communications.
    • Manage office supplies
    • Assist with planning, coordination and set up for any events within the office - working with partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful execution.
    • Work with Workplace Operations to ensure that Health and Safety within the workplace is always observed.

    You:

    • Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years
    • A team player of approachable and social disposition
    • Customer service driven, with the ability to demonstrate innovation and drive
    • Self motivated and proactive, with confidence in knowing when to make a decision
    • Details driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrable problem solving skills
    • Accustomed to multitasking in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexible attitude
    • Knowledge and proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
