    The Marsh Sales Practice is a team of high performing, professional and client orientated Development Executives responsible for building and growing a portfolio of leading tier one clients.

    We are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors in the insurance market and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our Sales training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications.

    What you will be rewarded with?

To help ease the transition when you return to work you will be able to work 8 weeks at 80% of your normal work pattern and receive 100% of your normal salary

    • Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector
    • Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
    • Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders

    What you need to have:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to present to clients and insurers
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
    • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
