    Role Purpose:
    This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Induction Healthcare as Partnerships Manager. We are recruiting a Partnerships Manager to work as part of our Commercial Team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strong relationships with external business partners to help drive revenue, expand market presence, and enhance the value proposition of our product, under the guidance of the Head of Commercial OperationsYou will leverage your experience in partnership development, negotiation, and collaboration to identify and cultivate opportunities that align with our strategic objectives and product roadmap.

    Working closely with partners and with Commercial Team colleagues, you will contribute to joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and co-selling efforts to maximise the impact of our partnerships.

    You will track performance metrics, evaluate partnership ROI, and provide actionable insights to guide future initiatives.

    You will expect to represent Induction Healthcare at industry events and conferences positioning us as a trusted partner of choice.


    Key Accountabilities:

    Partnership Strategy & Development:
    Cultivate and deliver strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, agencies, and other relevant organisations

    Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements

    Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing alignment and successful partnership execution

    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and co-selling opportunities

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights

    Performance Tracking:
    Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders

    Raise Industry Awareness:
    Represent Induction at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility in the market

    Contract Management:
    Manage partnership contracts, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals and standards

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, presenting proposals, and fostering collaboration with partners and internal teams

    Team Collaboration:
    The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and execute joint initiatives and achieve common goals

    Strategic Thinking:
    The ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategy


    Analytical Skills:
    The capability to analyse market trends, partnership performance metrics, and competitive insights to inform decision-making and optimize partnership strategies

    Business Acumen:
    A solid understanding of the Healthcare SAAS industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is crucial for identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and making informed decisions

    Adaptability:
    Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where priorities may shift, and new opportunities may arise quickly

    ExperiencePartnership Management Experience:
    Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles, preferably within the Healthcare industry.

    Candidates should have a track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.


    Healthcare and SAAS Industry Knowledge:
    In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare software industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and key players. Clear understanding of SAAS business models, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition channels.


    Business Development Skills:
    Adept at identifying new partnership opportunities, evaluating their potential value, and developing actionable strategies to capitalise on them

    Negotiation Expertise:
    Experience negotiating partnership agreements, licensing agreements, revenue-sharing models, and other contractual arrangements with external partners

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success. A track record of building consensus, fostering alignment, and driving coordinated efforts across multiple departments to achieve common goals


    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Analysing partnership performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights to optimise partnership strategies and initiatives.
