    Lead Junifer System Administrator Wanted

    Are you a seasoned System Administrator with a passion for driving operational change and optimising business solutions? My client is currently seeking a Lead Junifer System Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various departments, spearhead sustainable change, and contribute to our continued growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilise your expertise in Application Support/System Administration, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
    • Manage the Junifer environment, ensuring proper governance and facilitating seamless project deployments within budget and schedule.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional user experiences for internal stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate with business and project teams to understand their needs and collaboratively deliver optimal solutions.
    • Oversee service transition from project phases to Business as Usual (BAU) operations.
    • Conduct application upgrades and facilitate awareness of new features within the business.
    • Mentor junior team members to support their skill development.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Proficient in managing user profiles and license allocations.
    • Provide first-line support for business issues and act as the primary contact for third-party support teams.
    • Administer the Junifer solution and ensure operational support across all environments.
    • Coordinate development efforts and service tickets with third-party support and development teams.
    • Execute configuration changes and deployments within the system.
    • Prioritize activities and manage ticket queues effectively.
    • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in delivering optimized solutions aligned with organizational needs.
    • Coordinate testing of new releases, features, and functions with stakeholders.
    • Experience with Data Cleanse and Migration activities.
    • Understanding of license management and contractual obligations.

    Strategic Duties:

    • Lead Application Administration and Support.
    • Provide project support as required.
    • Establish governance frameworks to support change and deployment.
    • Provide support for other applications as needed.
