The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join Korn Ferry Digital, specifically focusing on our Digital Leadership and Professional Development Solutions. The role requires a personal contribution as well as driving a team to achieve our overall EMEA number in the solution.
The focus of the role is to position Leadership and Professional Development solutions underpinned by technology to help our clients with shaping their development programs. In parallel the role is accountable for driving the overall EMEA topline in this specific field.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities with existing clients and new logos for yourself and the team, collaborating with HR and Business leaders on an identified set of large, highly strategic opportunities. You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the full scope of the company's solutions in a consultative manner, collaborate with internal colleagues, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs.
You will be seen as a unique authority in Leadership and Professional Development and as such, be visible and influential across the business.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include but are not limited to :
Demonstrating strategic selling approach to identify, target, and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to company's services and products.
Coach and lead the EMEA team to deliver on our topline target. Sales leadership skills are critical and include: pipeline building activities for the team, increasing win ratios, forecasting, coach to deal closure, performance management, hiring and making recommendations to advance the overall solution.
As a player-coach it is important to lead and expand existing portfolio of client relationships with senior human resources (HR) and business leaders to increase opportunities to further impact the client's business success. Ensure project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations. Lead the assessment and measurement of the impact of our work on our clients business.
Demonstrate high levels of coordination and influence of multiple internal stakeholders to drive the client opportunities and related projects.
Prepare complex proposals and solutions that require creativity, entrepreneurialism, and specialist knowledge.
Prepare presentations and sales contracts.
Strategize Enterprise-wide assessment opportunities.
Professional Experience/Qualifications/Skills
Experience with developing new business and maintaining client relationships within the HR/Leadership space.
Established network in EMEA in the L&PD space
Entrepreneurial, bold, and creative – understanding the deep-rooted challenges within an account and positioning broad solutions to fit.
Significant experience in designing and strategizing Leadership solutions that address complex business challenges
Deep expertise in Talent Management and/Leadership and Professional Development
Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
