    Your role will involve working in partnership with HR colleagues to review employment contracts, policies, and associated processes, making recommendations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITESconsistent and professional services in areas such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence, TUPE transfers, ensuring compliance with policies and legislative requirementsa complex case load from initiation to resolutionthorough and confidential investigations of HR concerns and provide sound conclusions and recommendationsexpert advice to managers on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practicesconsultations and negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal requirementsconflict resolution / mediationcolleagues and line managers through family-friendly policies such as maternity leave, shared parental leave, and flexible working requestswith People Partners to develop plans and agree on reasonable adjustments to support the individual needs of employeespartnership with HR colleagues, review, develop and implement people policies that align with the company's values, promote a positive working culture, and are compliant with local laws and regulationspartnerships with business leaders, People Partners and tms Compliance team to develop and sustain positive employee relations practicestraining (e.g. policy application, employment practices, new regulations) to improve People Partners' and leader's effectivenessER data insights and trendsand analyse people practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulationsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE And we'd love you to... experience in managing complex and sensitive employee relations casesknowledge of employment laws and regulation in the UKin conflict resolution / mediationinvestigative skillsrisk assessment and management skillscommunication and interpersonal skillsproblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesattention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential recordsstakeholder managementto analyse data, identify trends and provide data insightsto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretionin Microsoft Office Suite and HR softwareAny of the following would be a plus in HR, Employment Law, or related fieldknowledge of employment laws and regulations in Germany and Franceand training skillsin policy development
