    French Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator

    We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at our Newton Aycliffe site.

    You will support the Customer Service Team to process customer orders correctly first time from receipt through to cash paid as an end to end process.

    Delivering world class professional customer service to both internal and external customers.

    You will work alongside internal and external colleagues to develop excellent relationships with customers and seek opportunities to promote INEOS Hygienics products and services.

    Key Accountabilities
    Work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

    Liaise with the Finance department on invoices that are due for payment and follow up with customers highlighting to the Commercial team and supporting to resolve issues.

    Manage incoming calls and ensure all customer demands are met promptly.
    Ensure all customer orders are entered accurately onto the SAP system to generate sales orders in line with KPI's
    Resolve product and service queries by clarifying complaints and acting to investigate and resolve.

    Participate in daily meetings with despatch, production and the commercial sales teams to address any problems that may arise.

    Check inventory on a daily basis to ensure customer forecast is on plan.
    About You

    We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and networks at all levels to enable cross functional team working.

    The successful candidate will have a French Language B2 qualification or equivalent French Languages experience,excellent problem solving and influencing skills and be able to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking enabling effective working with a variety of stakeholders.

    An excellent understanding of Purchase to Pay processing is essential, as is SAP and Excel user knowledge and understanding specifically related to sales order modules.

    You will have prior experience of end to end customer management, strong time management, communication and problem solving skills and will be highly motivated, self-reliant with a proactive mindset.
