    Experienced Business Manager

    Due to ongoing expansion, Alten Ltd is looking for an Experienced Business Manager to join our Aerospace division in London.

    As a Experienced Business Manager, you will be contributing to the development and growth of your own account, engaging in business development, career management and P/L responsibilities.


    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • Maximise the potential of your future business unit by designing your business plan with mid-size accounts and major accounts in the British industrial market.
    • Create new business opportunities by prospecting new customers.
    • Generate new business leads with existing customers.
    • Participate to the recruitment policy through the establishment of your own recruitment plan
    • Be in charge of the consultant career evolution (career management meetings, annual appraisal, training management...).
    • Be in charge of the level of service of your team on your clients projects.
    Managing your personal account, with relevancy to P&L, financial performance.


    • Manage the customer relation and satisfaction to build long-term partnership.
    • Manage your profitability in cooperation with other support functions (technical direction, finance) as part of the company's financial growth.
    • Align constantly your activity and manage the evolution of your offers to thrive in the development of a long term relation with your customers.
    Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering, Management or Business administration.

    • Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace.
    • Demonstrable experience in leading teams and performing business development activities.
