The Operational Services department is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to oversee the delivery of Commercial activities.
This role involves ensuring that performance management, contract process management (including risk management), supplier relationship management, and governance are effectively implemented across all Commercial delivery activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement and contract management of approximately 120 contracts, with an annual expenditure of £55m.

As a Service Manager, you will provide essential support to various services, including Facilities Management, Repairs and Maintenance, Fleet Management, Home-to-School Transport, and Customer Services.
