    Portuguese Customer Service/ Credit Collections SpecialistLocation: Preston - Office BasedPermanent£23,308 per annum with progression to £24k ( + monthly Bonus Opportunities)

    Client Profile:

    Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a Portuguese Credit Specialist to join an industry leader in Finance & Telecommunications sector.

    This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis Monday to Friday and is based on our clients office in Preston.

    Key PurposeThe representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls daily basis to ensure a top quality service for existing and new clientele across Canada, Caribbean & Latin America .

    You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having expert product knowledge.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Answering & making calls from existing and new clientsProactively dealing with all queries relating to the businessLiaising with Collections Management, Sales/Service Management, Billing, Finance, Dispute and Legal teamsManaging email queriesA professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customerDemonstration extensive knowledge on all our product rangesFacilitating calls from B2B and B2CAccount managementTranslating customer correspondenceProject ManagementTimely escalation management (internal & external)

    Personal SpecificationThe successful candidate for the customer service representative position, will have the following competences:
