    Description
    Technical Services Manager

    Invision Recruitment are partnered with a leading corporate property services company, who are backed by a global asset management market leader who are scouting for a Technical Services Manager to work on a high-end commercial office contract in the beating heart of London.

    To pro-actively manage the day-to-day operations of the mechanical and electrical maintenance contract, lift maintenance contract, security system, access control and CCTV maintenance contracts and any other MEP or hard services contracts at the building.

    Monitor and review the services provided by the various contractors and ensure that the terms of all relevant contracts are being fully met.

    To manage and report on service charge expenditure variation.
    Working closely with the management team to identify and implement ESG and related building efficient initiatives.
    Review and approve tenant and tenant contractor access and MEP related works permits.

    Ensuring that all relevant health and safety, statutory and best practice policies and procedures are managed and adhered to and the Riskwise Health and Safety portal is kept up to date and fully compliant.

    Liaison with commercial, and retail tenants and occupiers on general MEP related issues.
    City and Guilds Level 3, or a background managing mechanical or electrical teams.
    L8 Compliance Training.
    NEBOSH (preferred)
