    £28k - £30k p.aWe have an exciting opportunity for a Luxury Account Manager to join the beauty industry and run a primary account in the Midlands. This position is full time including weekends.

    Constantly ensure the best temps are recruited and there are enough available to fulfil all bookingsBuild and maintain good relationships with Department Managers, Business/Account ManagersProvide a seamless serviceCommunicate to Department Managers, Business/Account Managers rotas, sickness, any issuesRecruitment following current legislation on documentation, right to work and data protectionCoach, train and develop temporary consultantsRegular face to face, phone and email contact with all tempsOrganisation and completion of trainings and store approvalsSupport for temps, review individual temp's standards and rolesGood and timely communication with line manager regarding booking fulfilment bookings that will not be fulfilledWorking closely with Area Administrator to ensure booking sheet is continuously updated and an accurate reflection of the businessConstant and accurate updating of the booking system, ensuring completely accurate data each Monday morning for payrollEnsure temp duties are fulfilledThe role is ideal for someone who is experienced in management, passionate about the Beauty industry and has strong admin and organisation skills.

    The ideal candidate combines strong organisational and management skills with experience using MS Office, particularly Excel. You should hold a passion for the beauty and fragrance industry and excel in both written and verbal communication.

    Additionally, you maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate flexibility, and possess the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

    We are looking for someone tough, who has a no-nonsense attitude and can maintain a great relationship with our Beauty Counter Managers, Store Managers, as well as ensuring our temporary staff are at work giving amazing service and reaching targets.
