In this pivotal role, you'll drive the development and delivery of training programs for our Academy, catering to the diverse needs of all functions across the contract.
Building strong relationships with operational teams within the contract will be essential, as you collaborate with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality training initiatives.

To manage all aspects of the Academy with a key focus on delivering high quality training to all new and existing Healthcare employeesTo act as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
To work closely with various managers across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
To embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
To build and maintain relationships with 3rd party training providers
Management, development, and talent training
Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
Deliver group and individual training
Building relationships with external suppliers and stake holders
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
