    About the Role We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultancy Operations Manager to join our team in the UK.

    The Consultancy Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing various aspects of quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within our organisation.

    Key Responsibilities Include;Oversee the product management process, ensuring that products and solutions meet the specific needs and requirements of our product standards and clients.

    Lead on Ark's consultancy software tools, including development, maintenance, and training.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety services product design improvements and enhancements, incorporating standards and best practices.
    New starter training and onboarding lead, lead on mentoring programmes for consultants to strengthen our culture.

    Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients.

    Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, addressing technical inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

    Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and technical advancements, and keep the organization informed about relevant technical updates and updates to the portfolio of products and services.

    Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor and evaluate the performance and conformance of our services and solutions, supporting BAFE accreditation, skills matrix / skills matrix improvements, and linking competency framework with skills matrix.

    Develop and implement a competence management system to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality services.

    Provide technical management supported by a technical team and support to ensure the successful implementation and execution of projects and initiatives.

    Identify learning and development needs within the organisation and design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in safety consulting.

    Monitor and analysis of quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in safety consulting and incorporate them into the organisation's processes and systems.

    Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree and or exposure in a relevant field (e.g., Safety Management) is desirable.

    Proven experience in quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within the safety consulting industry (an advantage).Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, HSG 65) and best practices.

    Excellent technical aptitude and ability to provide effective technical support and guidance.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
    Proficiency in using software.
    Continuous improvement / growth mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions.
