    Job Description

    The Sales Contract Coordinator reports to the Project Delivery Manager and is part of the Weeks Homes operations team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to liaise with potential customers in person and via telephone to ensure customers are fully informed and have confidence in signing their Consolidated Tenders and HIA Building Contracts. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

    Responsibilities

    • Preparation, coordination and delivery of contracts and associated documentation including but not limited to Consolidated Tenders, HIA contracts. Ensuring these are scheduled for execution in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate and manage your respective jobs to ensure delivery and alignment of forecast dates and actual dates throughout the project.
    • Presenting and negotiating new home building contracts with customers and coordinate all follow up meetings
    • Effectively communicate with internal departments to achieve pre-construction KPIs
    • Ensure all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
    • Professionally resolve customer queries/disputes on the first contact, escalating to the Project Delivery Manager where required.
    • Ensure Consolidated Tender is quality checked and missing information in followed up with Sales Department

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated commitment to providing customer service excellence
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
    • Gaining job satisfaction from working in a fast-paced work environment and using your attention to detail to identify discrepancies and produce quality documentation
    • Proven experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
    • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
    • Ideally you will have some knowledge of residential construction
