    Buckinghamshire / Oxfordshire / Northamptonshire/ Bedfordshire / HertfordshireAre you up for the Challenge?As our Field Sales Team Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a team of up to 10 Business Development Managers in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of up to 10 sales professionals towards a growth mindset
    • Provide ongoing coaching and development to foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
    • Ensure adherence to a defined sales process, refining and optimizing strategies for increased efficiency and success.
    • Take ownership of revenue targets, implementing strategies for consistent achievement and exceeding of solution sales goals.
    • Implement and maintain robust performance metrics to track individual and team progress, regularly reporting on key performance indicators.
    • Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Drive the adoption of best practices, leveraging your experience to cultivate a high-performance sales culture

    Experience / Technical Requirements:

    • Clear understanding of a sales methodology/process
    • Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams and business leads
    • Previous experience in a similar Digital marketing role
    • Experience within solution selling / SAAS
    • Comfortable with high-level spending clients
    • Google certified or relevant digital qualifications preferred
