    This role will plan, organise, and manage the daily work of the office and the collection drivers and associated system data input.

    To support the Service Leadership team in a positive and proactive manner.

    To ensure all tasks are completed in line with the companies Health and Safety Policy and in a Profitable manner.

    To ensure B&M Waste provide a best in class service to our customer base.

    Utilise Power BI reports for standards management.


    • Optimise overtime, ensuring adherence to start times and tracker activity.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and proactively investigate missed collections.
    • Log and resolve customer complaints using CRM.
    • Arrange site surveys for accidents or near misses.
    • Ensure drivers perform pre and post-shift vehicle checks.
    • Charge customers for extra waste collected using vehicle cameras and cross-checking AMCS.
    • Keep the Depot Customer Hotlist updated and communicate service issues promptly.
    • Customer service expertise.
    • Extensive knowledge of the waste industry.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications.
    • Valid driving license.
