    Delivery Manager - Early Years Skills Bootcamps

    The Role

    Realise have successfully won a new contract delivering Early Years skills bootcamps across the South East.
    As a Skills Bootcamp Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our skills bootcamp programmes, focusing on meeting and exceeding key performance indicators such as starts, progress, achievers, and progressions. You will be responsible for managing a team of talented trainers, fostering a collaborative environment, and overseeing learner planning meetings and development activities. You will engage with our referral partners across the country to support the success of the programme, and deliver on our ethos of Right Learner, Right Programme.

    Whilst we can ' t promise that every day will be the same, your keyresponsibilities are likely to be:

    - Managing an effective team of Tutors.

    Contributing to managing capacity andcapabilities within the team to forecast future recruitment needs.

    Work closely with the OperationsDirector to ensure the sector and business achieves its objectives.

    Conducting 1-1's and appraisals withyour team members, ensuring the team is managed consistently and effectively.

    Ensuring that team communications areintegral and contribute towards successful achievement of the sector objectivesand are in-line with Company messages and behaviours.

    Working in community settings toassist with the recruitment of learners.

    Recruiting, inducting, managing anddeveloping colleagues to deliver the standard required.

    Ensuring excellent quality standardsby providing a great experience for learners, their employees, and yourcolleagues.

    Working closely with our quality teamto ensure the delivery is appropriately supported and is responsive to qualityactions, to achieve a high standard of delivery.

    Providing and promoting excellentcustomer service with internal and external customers, dealing responsibly andtimely with customer concerns where these arise.

    About You - Experience in managing a team of Trainers / Tutors
    - Demonstrable experience of developing your sector
    - Can demonstrate the ability to support and initiate change as required
    - Always strives to improve work practices and processes to suit business needs
