    Description

    Red Recruitment 24:7 are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic client in Gainsborough as they seek an Administrator to join their team.

    You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    The role:

    ·Meeting and greeting customers and clients

    ·Answering incoming phone calls and emails

    ·Data entry

    ·Ensure all administration is complete and accurate and that the in-house database is updated consistently

    What you'll need to succeed:

    ·Strong MS office skills - especially Excel

    ·Strong attention to detail

    ·Great communication skills at all levels

    ·Be a team player

    ·Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
