    Job Details Competence: The applicant should have significant experience in technical solution selling to the Civils and Infrastructure sectors. An excellent understanding of the needs of each sector, its structure, key clients, and development programmes that support the sector. The ability to deliver CPD presentations to designers and consultant engineers to ensure the specification of Hydro International's stormwater products. The ability to manage an area, develop specification sales, build relationships and to be self-motivated is a prerequisite. A Proven ability to achieve specification sales, build the customer base and develop new project opportunities along with good communication skills, negotiation skills and an ability to work with people from all backgrounds is required.

    Key Duties:
    1.
    Formulate and implement a detailed plan to achieve sales within the specification sales area of the UK stormwater division. Working with the Regional Sales Managers ensure that Stormwater sales forecasting is accurate and kept up to date. Develop and maintain a robust specification forecast for Hydro's stormwater technologies.
    2.
    To manage the relationship with customers in the area, building partnerships as
    appropriate and ensuring customers' needs are identified and satisfied. The use and
    upkeep of Microsoft 365 CRM is an essential tool for the role along with other project pipeline tools
    3.
    Promote the company's core products and technologies in the territory, identifying specific opportunities, defining customer requirements and ensuring the project is taken from design stage to negotiation stage.
    4. 5. To work closely with the Regional Sales Manager along with Internal operations teams ensuring we provide a seamless service to our customers and delivering growth in sales. To represent Hydro International at exhibitions, trade shows and seminars where appropriate 6. To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and
    Safety at Work Act. 7.
    To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of
    responsibility.
