    Description

    My client is in search of a Head of Data to join a forward-thinking SaaS organisation entrusted with the leadership of our data strategy.

    You will be accountable for guiding a proficient team of analysts, scientists, and data engineers in spearheading initiatives aimed at fortifying our data infrastructure, optimising processes, and revealing insights that propel business growth and heighten customer satisfaction.

    Develop and execute a robust data strategy aligned with organisational goals, employing advanced analytics and machine learning methodologies.
    Oversee the conception, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring data reliability, efficiency, and accessibility.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value and enrich customer experiences.

    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of data initiatives and guide strategic decision-making.
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    Demonstrated leadership experience years) within a data-focused organisation, preferably in a technology-driven setting.
    A track record of successfully developing and implementing data strategies yields tangible business outcomes and fosters innovation.

    Proficiency in data engineering, data architecture, and analytics, with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

    Possess a strategic mindset with a dedication to utilising data to tackle intricate business challenges and drive continuous improvement.

    Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
