    Description

    As Marketing Executive at Tech Nation, you'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns and digital engagement strategies for Tech Nation's scaleup programmes, events, and the Global Talent Visa endorsement programme.

    Your key role will involve seamless collaboration with our Marketing Manager and programme leads, contributing significantly to our exciting initiatives for 2024 and beyond.

    Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across Tech Nation's programmes, events, and report launches
    Ensure timely delivery of key messaging, digital marketing assets, and campaign deliverables
    Develop persuasive and impactful copy for various marketing channels and materials, including email campaigns, brochures/PDFs, social media content, and the Tech Nation website
    Create engaging marketing assets including but not limited to PDF brochures and social media visuals
    Track campaign progress against KPIs and populate monthly marketing reports
    Update and maintain website content/copy to showcase Tech Nation's products and initiatives with optimal SEO
    Execute against Tech Nation's comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, posting regularly to these platforms and facilitating daily community management
    Execute targeted email campaigns, managing data sets, email templates, HTML email design and message copy
    Support Tech Nation team, cohort members and guests onsite at events, helping manage photographers and videographers onsite and feeding into live social media coverage of the events
    Support on the development of marketing materials for new Tech Nation programmes and products
    ~ Proven track record delivering on marketing KPIs and growing audiences

    Social media marketing experience and knowledge across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
    Experience managing a website via a CMS like WordPress
    Experience with CRM systems
    Email marketing experience (MailChimp and Pardot knowledge an asset)
    Great English language and copy writing skills
    Passion for delivering cutting-edge marketing campaigns for innovative concepts
