    This is our role

    MidMarket Account Executive (Benelux) for thosewho can find a common language with anyone in theworld.Tasks in therole

    • In this role you will beresponsible for driving revenue growth through new customeracquisition upselling and crossselling and renewals. You will workclosely with the Sales Development team Customer Success team andMarketing team to identify and engage prospects understand theirneeds and build strong relationships
    • Driverevenue growth by generating new business upselling andcrossselling and renewals
    • Manage the salescycle from prospecting to close. Comfortable with longer and morecomplex selling cycles with multiplestakeholders
    • Dealing with Legal/Finance/ITrequirements
    • Manage and maintain a healthypipeline of key customers and continuously find new opportunitiesfor our customers and qualified prospects andopportunities
    • Collaborate with SalesDevelopment Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop andexecute account plans
    • Maintain strongrelationships with existing customers understanding their businessneeds and providing additional Semrush Solutions to optimizegrowth
    • KPIs of highvolume calls minutes demosand strategic focus on outreach and followup personalized cadencesto strengthen customer relationships
    • Identifyand close crosssell/upsell opportunities using the Semrush suite ofproducts
    • Deliver a valuebased sellingexperience to our customers based on automation and customerbehavior
    • Accurately forecast monthly/quarterlysales and retention achievement tomanagement
    • Contribute feedback to the largerSemrush organization by utilizing strong analytical thinkingpresentation and problemsolving skills
    • Identifybest practices to refine the companys lead generationplaybook
    • Travel is recommended but notnecessary orrequired

    RequirementsWhowe are looking for

    Fluent in English(1/2).

    • Fluent in Dutch(Native/Nearnative)
    • 3 years ofsales experience in the SaaS industry in a midmarket or enterprisesales role with a successful track record of consistently closing>100k ARR deals.
    • Proven track record ofexceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build relationships and influencedecisionmakers.
    • Experience with CRM tools(Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools (OutreachSalesLoft etc.).
    • Sales Methodologytrainedwhether in Sandler Challenger Spin Meddic orothers.
    • Highly organized and structured todrive consistent success.

    The role implies working aspart of the Sales Team. The members of the team are in charge ofpresenting the product and attracting new clients. No surprisesthere
    Heres where it gets interesting: structurally thebigger Sales team consists of separate subteams with peoplespecializing in different tasks Regional Sales (thats the one thisad is for) PreSale engineers Customer Engagement & Renewalspecialists Sales Analytics.
    The team itself is large andmultinational. Members speak 6 different languages so their officesometimes resembles a busy city square: lots of people laughter andforeign speech ringing out everywhere.
