    Contracts Administrator - United Kingdom - Handle Recruitment

    Description


    An exciting TV/Film company is seeking a Contract Coordinator assisting the Contract Operations Manager with deal analysis and deal entry for the Products & Experience teams across all categories.

    The ideal candidate will be a proactive team-player that is energetic and has strong administration abilities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Review deal terms for accuracy and completenessEnsure accurate entry of deal terms into internal systemsRecord and implement updatesReconcile internal systems with fully executed contractsSet up external contacts and users in the internal systemPreparing adhoc reportsOrganising and coordinating internal meetingsUpdating and maintaining SharePoint sitesCommunicate with team members on multiple platforms such as email and Microsoft TeamsAdhoc duties as required

    Key Requirements:
