    As an Elevator/Escalator New Maintenance Sales Executive, you will proactively identify and develop new customer relationships, manage opportunities with new customers and close deals professionally in a way that increases KONE's profitability.

    This position is entirely new business sales.

    The role will be both office and field based with travel across the region, an expectation of face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

    You need to be collaborative in your approach and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, as well as building sustainable customer partnerships.

    The base for this position is based at our Birmingham office and the geographical area for the role will cover Central Wales, Midlands, East Anglia with good access to M1, M5, M6, M40, M42, M45, M54 and A14.

    Customer Relationship Management
    Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g., Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data.
    Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales targets.

    Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety.

    Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.

    Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management.
    enthusiasm in your approach to new business is more important.
    Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce
    Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
