    Description

    Namos Solutions is a dynamic, professional consultancy and an Oracle Modernised Partner that is rapidly expanding, and this role will be a key component in ensuring the continued growth of our company.

    The Finance Business Partner will be an important part of the finance team, working closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders across the business.

    You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively to explain financial concepts to non-finance people.

    Having excellent commercial acumen, along with good project management and analytical skills is also essential for this role.

    Preparation and development of monthly financial reports and forecasts, including the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting for the UK and other group companies.

    Provide advice, guidance and insightful analysis to the Board and Leadership Team, linking financial reports to business strategies.
    Design and implement robust and meaningful variance analysis and commercial commentary of month-end reporting
    Able to work towards and exceed targets with a positive attitude, whilst upholding quality, professionalism, and integrity
    Building and maintaining relationships with senior managers and their teams
    Offering general financial support and challenge across the business to ensure processes and activities are geared for maximum performance
    Undertaking project-based work for specific strategies and business initiatives
    Any other duties as determined by the Chief Finance Officer
    ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
    Experience in designing & building financial reports
    Proven experience in dealing with financial and management accounting requirements of a small to medium organisation and fully conversant with current accounting and financial reporting requirements
    Proven experience in compliance with statutory financial requirements
    Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture and deliver against challenging strategic plans
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate and influence at a senior level to a range of internal and external key stakeholders
