Customer Service Representative – Remote in UK
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote in the United Kingdom , you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? 12 months or more customer services experience
Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Computer savvy including ability to navigate multiple windows and applications
Dealing and resolving complaint calls in an efficient and time sensitive manner
Knowledgeable, encouraging, supporting and present leadership
Diverse and community minded organization
