    Permanent, Full time Sales
    Description

    Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with one of the major waste management companies in the UK. They're on the lookout for a seasoned salesperson to join their team full-time and permanently. Although mainly field-based, you'd need to pop into the Birmingham office once a week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Acquiring new business through diverse methods, primarily 'door knocking'
    • Focusing on boosting new business in a specific area (e.g., Birmingham)
    • Managing clients you've sold to for up to 1 year
    • Performing waste audits at potential clients' sites
    • Proposing enhanced recycling rates to new clients
    • Efficiently managing your schedule for maximum productivity

    Candidate Expectations:

    • Previous experience in field sales is a must
    • Demonstrable success in new business-oriented sales roles
    • Possession of a valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points
    • Driven by targets, always striving to surpass them

    Working Days, Hours & Salary:

    • Monday - Friday

    8:30am - 5:00pm

    £30,000 Basic
