    The Programmatic Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our programmatic advertising campaigns, including strategy development, campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

    Manage all aspects of programmatic campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
    DSPs, DMPs) to execute campaigns across display, video, mobile, and other digital channels.
    Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for optimization.
    Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    ~5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying.
    ~ Proficiency with programmatic buying platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
    ~ Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
    ~ Experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple channels (display, video, mobile, etc.).
    ~ Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet performance goals within budget constraints.
