    PwC is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Marketing team at SM2 level in a Head of Buyer Engagement Programmes role.


    This role would suit a senior strategic marketer or SME in Customer Loyalty who would be responsible for leading the buyer engagement programme strategy and plans that focus on building relationships with our key strategic buyers and clients, primarily across our PCP, ultimately to increase consideration and first choice for our services and offerings.


    This role will lead the Buyer Engagement marketing team alongside digital marketing, content & thought leadership, brand and campaign management, setting best practice and on the development and implementation of the buyer engagement strategy and plan to support the business in achieving its ambitions.


    This role works closely with the Client Strategy Director, to agree buyer engagement focus aligned to the strategic Go to Market priorities.

    To ensure the programmes are embedded across our whole business, this role will also work very closely with the Sales and Marketing Leadership Team, fellow Heads of Marketing and the Sales Capability.

    This role will also require you to develop senior relationships. You will be required to engage with stakeholders and clients frequently in the delivery and output of the role. You will be required to collaborate with peers to drive successful outcomes.

    You will need to understand the Firm's go-to-market Strategy and business priorities to continually evolve and develop a fully integrated Buyer Engagement plan that drives clear commercial value across our client base and meets the KPIs of the business, is critical to the success of this role.


    This role reports to the Marketing Excellence Director on a day to day basis, but the individual will also be a senior member of the wider marketing SM2 community, to develop and execute best practice buyer engagement across the firm.

    Primary responsibilities include;


    Support the Client Strategy Director and the Marketing Excellence Director in the development of the ongoing buyer engagement strategy and plan that deepens client relationships and ultimately builds loyalty.


    To lead the development, communication and implementation of an insight led strategy for buyer engagement connected across The Chairman's programme, client relationships programmes, corporate hospitality and digital engagement working with adjacent skills and capabilities across sales and marketing.


    Strategic engagement and stakeholder management with relevant partners include the CME, Programme Sponsors and Senior Leadership team (SLT) for Sales and Marketing Leadership.

    Commercial and market understanding of the businesses priorities and strategic go-to-market for the firm.

    Ensure the right technology enables optimal strategy and execution working in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director.

    Lead and be responsible for overseeing the measurement of all buyer engagement activity - capturing, analysing and developing insights working with the Insights team to create recommendations based upon complex ROI

    Lead on developing new innovation & techniques and opportunities to differentiate PwC from our competitors and communicating these to key stakeholders

    Working closely with the PCP and Account Excellence teams to make sure we are targeting the right people at the right accounts and that all marketing activity is aligned to clearly outlines commercial outcomes

    Working with cross line of service to identify client issues and propositions to market through the programmes


    Working closely with the sales capability teams across the business to build the appropriate links into the business and relevant follow up to deliver return on investment.

    Responsible for overall quality control and adherence to governance and risk management

    Exceptional budget management to ensure all investment is fully utilised

    Marketing is part of the Sales and Marketing Team. Sales and Marketing is a centralised support function and covers all aspects of marketing, sales support and business development.

    Strong understanding of Marketing delivery and all elements of the marketing mix

    Ability to bring new innovative marketing approaches to life and constantly evolve best practice
