    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    CloserStill Media (CSM)'s Singapore Office islooking for anOperations Administratorto provide overall administrativesupport for the Operations team.This hiring is in the lead up to Tech Week Singapore 2024 ,happening 9-10 October 2024 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, and a few days after for post-event activities.

    Duration of commitment:

    • 3 months: 16 Jul 2024 to 15 Oct 2024 (Mon-Fri, 10:00-17:30 - may require longer hours nearer to show time andduring show time)

    THE ROLE:

    To provide overall administrative and support services for the Operations team.

    Pre-site administrative support (for Tech Week Singapore 2024 and Singapore Vet Show 2024):

    • Check floor plan and exhibitor listings.
    • Assist inpreparation of on-site resources.
    • Manage team documents and filing.
    • Assist with consolidation of information from Sales and Marketing teams.

    Exhibitor support (pre-event for both shows and on-site for TWS24) :

    • Be the main contact for exhibitor enquiries.
    • Assist exhibitors with Visa Invitation Letters and V39A Forms submitted by exhibitor.
    • Assist with exhibitor's booth approval letter and consolidation.
    • On-site coordination and management of Show Management Office (during show time).

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances during events.
    • Detail oriented anddemonstrates initiative, determination and creativity.
    • Closer to show time, required to have flexibility as youmay need to work evenings and weekends if required to support event activities.

    WORK LOCATION:

    This role isbased in Singapore at our Tanjong Pagar office and at MBS during show time.

    SALARY:

    SGD 15 per hour.
