    Reporting to the Head of Treasury Solutions Europe

    London hybrid role

    We are partnering with a top global treasury consultancy specialized in providing Treasury Solutions and Risk Management services to financial sponsors and corporates. In this position, you will collaborate with privately owned businesses to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and establish financial strategies that promote growth and secure their financial health. You will join a team of specialists dedicated to developing cutting-edge Treasury and Working Capital solutions.

    Your main tasks will involve leading and supervising the planning and implementation of Treasury Solutions projects, nurturing relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporates, as well as enhancing the efficiency and impact of Treasury Solutions through the enhancement of models, datasets, analytical frameworks, and other scalable consulting resources.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Spearhead business development and expansion within Treasury Solutions
    • Generate leads through proactive communication channels (email, calls, etc.)
    • Contribute to crafting pitches and proposals, as well as finalizing successful engagements
    • Proactively reach out to sponsors and potential clients to create new leads and opportunities
    • Identify, establish, and nurture new and existing business connections with financial sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporates
    • Support advisory projects
    • Lead and collaborate closely with Treasury Solutions consultants in project execution: data collection, analysis, and recommendations
    • Conduct desk research to gather supplementary information to support ongoing projects
    • Supervise panel members and internal team members during projects, providing guidance to ensure efficiency and success
    • Implement automated advisory solutions
    • Collaborate with external technology partners and tools to enable workflow automation, business rule-guided process management, and governance, as well as automation and decision-making analytics

    EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance + profound expertise in Treasury and Working Capital
    • Minimum of 5 years in a corporate Treasury or similar financial setting
    • Prior experience in business development: a knack for comprehending, evaluating, and responding to client requirements by providing tailored solutions for their treasury needs
    • Exceptional critical thinking abilities, including the capacity to structure, synthesize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills with clarity and conciseness
    • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrating a collaborative, transparent, and team-oriented demeanor while excelling under pressure
    • Proficiency in core Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Visual Basic or similar tools considered a plus
    • Willingness to travel, combined with a strong eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth
    • Proficiency in a major European or Asian language, alongside English, is beneficial but not mandatory
