    Location: Remote with travel to client sites in London

    This niche specialist Procurement Consultancy has an outstanding reputation for driving successful change programmes around procurement strategy and processes empowering organisations to achieve excellence in their procurement functions.

    Their team is at the heart of driving some major transformation programs, leveraging expertise in category management, sourcing processes, and technology solutions like Procure to Pay (P2P) and Source to Contract (S2C) and needs to hire an experienced Consultant to play a key role on two major projects.

    The Role:

    They are looking for a seasoned Change Management Consultant with a deep understanding of procurement transformation to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving change and optimising procurement functions through effective category management, sourcing strategies, and the implementation of cutting-edge procurement technologies.

    We will consider a full time appointment or an interim/associate position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive procurement transformation strategies, including category management and sourcing processes.
    • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across organisations.
    • Technology Implementation: Guide the selection and implementation of procurement technologies such as P2P and S2C, aligning them with business goals to enhance efficiency and value.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill procurement teams, ensuring they are equipped to leverage new processes and technologies effectively.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Proven experience in change management consulting, with a focus on procurement transformation, ideally in a big four or other respected transformation consulting business.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, category management, and sourcing strategies.
    • A sound understanding of procurement technology solutions like Procure to Pay (P2P) and Source to Contract (S2C).
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to lead projects and teams through complex change initiatives.
