    Technical Support Assistant Salary: 25k per annum, Company Bonus Scheme Location: Ringwood, Hampshire Position Type: Full time, permanent About You:

    You will be working within the customer services team to provide 1st line technical support to our customers and conduct software testing on a range of platforms. This will include hardware integration testing on a variety of products. On occasion, you will also be required to work with the operations team to help support delivery of the solutions for our customers.

    You will be good with IT and Technology, have a methodical approach, attention to detail and be organised. We will need you to be able to work on your own initiative and equally well at supporting the team around you. Your role is integral to the creation of software systems and integration of technical products we provide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 1st Line Technical support for our Asset & Vehicle Tracking, Business Comms & IoT Solutions
    • Action support tickets & tasks on our HubSpot CRM
    • Execute all levels of software testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
    • Hardware integration testing
    • Action development tickets within Azure DevOps
    • Assist with customer training

    Requirements - Skills & Experience :

    In order to excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate strong customer focused skills, perform manual software testing and be able to resolve technical customer support requirements. You will treat everyone you deal with as an individual, understanding their needs and making them feel important. We ask that you are a proactive and tenacious self-starter who has the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

    With the technical knowledge of our products and your polite, professional manner, you will make sure that every customer you speak to leaves feeling like they have had a first class experience. Ideally you will have experience within customer service, handle conversations with confidence and an understanding of software testing. Computer skills are essential as you will be working across a variety of bespoke products, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suites. The successful applicant will be required to work from our Ringwood office.
